Me and a mate did our first AG Brew 2 weeks ago, it was an interesting process that took 8 hours and a Carton of Coopers.
Our biggest drama was the pumps kept blocking up.
Really looking forward to trying this one though :)

Hi Everybody! I'm new to this site, but am happy that I found it - and this thread!

I have been thinking that I'd like to start brewing my own beer, and maybe rootbeer - too....but I have NO idea exactly what KIND of beer I like except that it seems to be Honey Weiss.

I like Hacker Pshorr, Warsteiner - and then since I DO like lemon in them (and, no Blue Moon for me please) I will also drink Goose islands 312, Shocktop Lemon, Leinenkugels Summer Shanty.
I had something years ago from France that was a pale-ale or maybe even a cham-pale called Panache'. A friend brought some back for me awhile back, but it was a different brand - and wasn't the same. I also like Guiness, which I prefer with champagne and a lemon twist.

So thats about it, if anyone can "pick up on that" and stear me in the right direction - it would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much
