Just wondering if anyone knows where to approach some ducklings in Central Vic i looked in the local rag and there wasn't any in there... am i wrong time of year?? I remeber in year 9 we done ducklings in Biology, it was great would be good to give my kids the experiance.

i only want 2 bit of a project for the kids

Your kids are going to disect ducklings??? maybe you should let them grow a bit fierst so there is enough for a roast afterwards :)

Heh... nah in Biol we basically got a day old duckling and raised it to an adult, was on my grandparents farm for years after that.

Part 1 Raising Duck
Part 2 Pet Duck............................... Kinda like Pet Rabbit that i eye off everyday for a feed :P

The kids love their animals, cant wait to get some Land so they can raise some potty cows and lambs all the experiences i had as a child

I never did it at school......but does dissecting larger animals after lead appears in their heads count :dunno:
