Having a green pie, silver beet, bok choy and a type of loose leaf Chinese cabbage in a home made pastry. Eggs and feta cheese added as well. All greens from my AP system. First time at it so hoping it turns out well

Last night I did stuffed Portabella mushrooms using turkey mince and fresh chirizo sausage mince, capsicum, red onion and cheese topping baked in the oven with fresh salad greens from my AP.
